1. Acceptance of Operational Parameters
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of accurately modeled metrics systems and quantitative research materials provided by MetricZorvex. By browsing this site or requesting data-driven insights, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions in their entirety.
If you are accessing these services on behalf of a Malaysian or international organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions. Access to our Validation Lab and private metrics repositories is strictly conditional upon this compliance.
Platform Integrity
Our systems are engineered for high-signal output. Any attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our quant cycles is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination of service access.
2. Intellectual Framework & Quant Licensing
All metrics, proprietary algorithms, quantitative research methodologies, and visual data representations featured on MetricZorvex.digital are the exclusive intellectual property of MetricZorvex. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view these materials for informational purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our research findings without explicit written authorization from our Kuala Lumpur headquarters. Unauthorized use of our brand assets or proprietary metrics headers constitutes a breach of this license.
User Conduct & Research Reliability
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when engaging with our research services or contact interfaces. MetricZorvex relies on the integrity of inputs to produce high-precision metrics; misleading or false data submissions compromise our research ecosystem.
Usage must comply with the Cybersecurity Act and other applicable Malaysian digital regulations.
Interactions with our quantitative models must not include malicious scripts or automated data ingestion without a valid API key.
3. Service Limitations
While MetricZorvex strives for absolute precision, the metrics provided are subject to the limitations of the datasets available at the time of calculation. Our quantitative research is provided "as-is" without warranty of specific market outcomes.
General Compliance Provisions
4. Indemnification & Liability Range
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, MetricZorvex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your reliance on our metrics or research data.
You agree to indemnify and hold MetricZorvex harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site’s quantitative tools.
5. Modification & Suspension
MetricZorvex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates in our research methodology or changes in legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Access to our quant portal may be suspended at our discretion if policy violations occur.
6. Jurisdictional Authority
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur.
